CaseWatch Privacy Policy

CaseWatch does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data.

• No account and no password: you log in to MyCase yourself. CaseWatch never sees, stores, or transmits your login details.
• Everything stays on your device: the case status, stages, documents, and change history that CaseWatch shows are stored only in your browser's local storage (storage.local) on your own device. They are never sent to us or to any server. There is no backend and no analytics.
• Your control: you can erase everything CaseWatch has saved at any time using the "Clear my saved data" button in the popup.
• Scope: CaseWatch only reads pages on mycase.rscafrica.org, and only the case information already shown to you after you log in.

CaseWatch is an independent tool and is not affiliated with RSC Africa.
