Block Fuzz Privacy Policy
Block Fuzz is designed to operate locally in the user's Firefox browser.
Data collection: Block Fuzz does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data, browsing history, Facebook or Instagram activity, messages, credentials, or authentication information. Block Fuzz does not use analytics, telemetry, advertising, or tracking services and does not operate a developer-controlled server for collecting user data.
Local settings: User preferences, including Stories settings, motivational quotes, quick alternatives, and user-selected motivational images, are stored locally using Firefox extension storage.
User-provided image URLs: If a user chooses to display a motivational image from an external HTTPS URL, the browser may contact the third-party server hosting that image in order to display it. Block Fuzz does not receive or process that request.
Website access: Block Fuzz requests access only to Facebook and Instagram domains so it can distinguish permitted functionality—such as messages, optional Stories, login, logout, authentication, account recovery, and security verification—from intentionally blocked functionality such as feeds, Reels, Explore, posts, and general profile browsing.
Authentication: Block Fuzz does not read, store, or transmit Facebook or Instagram passwords, authentication codes, messages, or other account credentials.
Third parties: Block Fuzz is an independent browser extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
Changes: This policy may be updated if Block Fuzz's functionality or data practices change. Any future version that changes how user data is handled will update the applicable privacy disclosures accordingly.
