AI WorkGuard is an independent/unofficial browser tool designed to help users continue long AI conversations more safely and more comfortably.

Main features:

Creates a continuation TXT from the current conversation so the user can continue in a new chat.
Downloads the continuation TXT locally through the browser.
Shows a confirmation popup after TXT creation.
Includes Long Chat Guard, which can keep long conversations lighter in the browser by hiding older visible conversation turns.
Works locally in the browser and does not send conversation content to an external server.
