Does what I want and more. Ohodnoceno 5 z 5 hvězdiček
In FF 42 via Customize I moved the IP to the upper right corner, next to my bookmarks toolbar. Glad I could. Happy to find I can refresh IP via right-click, as well as copy the IP to clipboard via right-click and switch alerts on/off for an IP change. But mostly I just like to know what my public IP is. Also works for IPv6 by the way.
really bad these days Ohodnoceno 1 z 5 hvězdiček
I can highly recommend switching to
Complete YouTube Saver
instead. Not only does that one save 480p videos (this adware here does not), it also picks the highest quality available (like, who ever wants something else anyway?). For 480p videos that would be mp4v.
Crucial extension for today's browser, absolute must-have! Ohodnoceno 5 z 5 hvězdiček
Invaluable add-on. One of the main reasons to use Firefox over others. Stuff like this has saved the internet user experience many times over. Privacy is *my* right, I don't want to send data to anyone when consuming or absorbing data/info, especially not without my consent. Just don't have to be bothered by marketing nonsense. If they can't think of a different model to make a living, they deserve to have unvisited websites. Seriously, I have maintained homepages, netcasts, weblogs, all for free, always, top-notch content. So don't believe the "we need the impressions or clicks" lies. Sad excuses for a retarded business model. Raymond Hill is my new hero. By the way, this µBlock fork *is* the original, that other one is badly maintained, and already caving in to corporate interests.Tato recenze je pro předchozí verzi doplňku (126.96.36.199).
Crucial and the ultimate safety companion! Ohodnoceno 5 z 5 hvězdiček
Flawless functional add-on, uses pre-internet encryption, very heavy unbreakable keys stored where they need to be stored. NSA must hate these developers! Generates passwords that are *as robust as you set them to be*. They can not be any less robust than what you would make up on your own, in most cases the generated passwords will be A LOT better than what you currently use for your valuable log-ins.
Have tested this to the bone using wireshark and other tools, since it's closed source (for the most part). It ends up being the best out there. Simply unbeatable. A life-saver. Best of all: You can't lose your stuff, not even when they stop existing.
One of the best inventions since the www itself! Ohodnoceno 5 z 5 hvězdiček
Fluently lets me enjoy blinding white pages again by offering me styles that are dark! Never a problem if you carefully pick the well-maintained userstyles.
Those people rating this with one star must be insane or have lost their minds! This is one of the best Add-Ons that ever surfaced for Firefox. Works fluently for many websites, with a huge amount of choice and offerings and no performance hit whatsoever: http://userstyles.org/
Does not work with different profiles! Ohodnoceno 1 z 5 hvězdiček
Firefox' own Sync provides a better service, in my experience!
First of all, I'm a highly experienced computer/IT-tech, so if software does not do what it says it should do, I'm surprised.
This is the case for Xmarks. I work on many different computers, and I created many different profiles for them on the xmarks systems, in the hope that I could back-up my bookmarks somewhere safe, reliably and dependably. I'm a long time user of LastPass, so I expected this to be at least as good as that, since the concept is much simpler and requires fewer security measures (as long as you don't use the passwords syncing via xmarks).
Well, several times in a row, even while I had clearly connected/linked the right machines with their respective Profile on My Xmarks server-side, the syncing led me to suddenly get other profile's bookmarks on a machine where I had just added a couple of valuable NEW bookmarks I wanted to save to the cloud. They were lost, due to xmarks not uploading them. I can't see how hard it is to see that one of either side has NEW entries and should therefore be going the other way during syncing. Conclusion: After giving them a couple of days to respond to my problems, which they did not do, and seeing the same issue appear a few times more, I'm sorry to say that Xmarks is giving LastPass a really BAD reputation. This isn't even in alpha-stage yet, if I would lead this project towards stable state. So my advice:
Don't try it! Or be very sure you know where to find your own backups of your bookmarks files on each and every local machine.
And no, it isn't caused by (or related to) either Chrome or Firefox or the internet connectivity, which they are really eager to blame every chance they get.
This software isn't ready for release yet. It's annoyingly independable.

It has some minor details and documentation issues to work out, but other than that it replaced a lot of crappy config and tweaking add-ons in one go!
That was years ago, now it has evolved to be a wonderfully sharp-dressed extension. A GUI for the many unreadable about:config settings.
