Love this app, syncs my phone and pc very useful, well integrated.
This add-on shows great promise, but it doesn't seem to work well right now.
I spent a whole morning the other day investigating various options (none of which worked well) for mirroring Android notifications on a PC. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the PushBullet I haven't used for years actually does exactly what I need, and does it very well!
The Android and Windows PushBullet apps work very well and I imagine the XUL plugin does too. Right now, a week or two after the release of Firefox 57, this new WebExtensions plugin has some issues. It doesn't maintain logged in sessions over restarts (probably Firefox's new 'security' stuff blocking things) and the UI is broken (squeezed into a tiny window) if I pin the PushBullett icon to the overflow menu on Firefox's toolbar.
Not quite there yet with this new version of the plugin, but looking very promising! Thanks folks, keep up the good work!
Very useful for me to push things to and from my iPad.
I've Pushbullet on Chrome, Firefox, and iOS. It has worked perfectly for me for over two years.
UI layout is broken for few years now and apparently nobody is going to fix it. Very useful extensions otherwise.
can't see notification
everytime i push something to firefox, it open option tab
I can text from my computer, including simple copy/pastaing from the interwebs BOOM straight to friends' phones. When I go over data limit I can still send links to my own phone to forward to friends.
Works in FF57......Settings can be changed to dark icon etc OK, but are not saved....ie. when FF is restarted it reverts to default settings
Been using it for years - great tool, will continue to use it and recommend you do the same :)
The only problem is that when you send SMS, your message doesn't show up in your phone, so then when you look at the conversation from your mobile device you see only messages sent by the person you were texting with.
Not working at all.
WOW sharing across decvices and mirroring notifications from ph to pc and repling to messeges and messenger via pc WOW
Establece una buena comunicaciñon con la PC, se pueden transferir cualquier tipo de archivos y mensajes de texto para compartir URL's de forma bidireccional.
I have an iPhone, Mac Mini, Surface Pro 4, and Linux based desktop and have Pushbullet installed on every one of them. Makes sending myself links to read for later a lot easier.
Old Pushbullet was innovative, powerful feature with channel to follow and update that really come and improve.
All those are dead in the water and the developer have been doing nothing. Asking for money for features that never improved nor updated. The whole concept was suppose to be simple, but the more idea they are trying implemented, the worst it got.
Now, the extension is bugged and laughable bad. Can't change a simple setting because it is broken.
So, What is the developer going to do? Fixing it?
I think not.
Nice Plugin, love it, but can't activate encryption as the settings page don't work... Just nothing happens if I click the menu...
Settings menu doesn't open at all. Can't change any preferences. Needs work.
There was a work around in previous versions by opening pushbullet in a separate window. I can't open it on a separate window anymore since v55.
Terrible support from a bad developer. Its been months since PB has made any replies to problems (on any platform). I would like the settings to work on Firefox. Cant go back to v316 because I'm running the latest version of Firefox (55.0.3 as of 9/7/17)
I hope Pushbullet is happy. They have ruined a once great app/extension and abandoned providing any service.
The extension now works properly, aside the fact that I cannot access the settings from the upper right corner icon (nothing happens).
Using Firefox 55.0.2 on Ubuntu 16.04.3; I already tried to deactivate 'sensitive' extensions like NoScript, uBlock Origin and the like, but nothing changes.
New version doesn't work
I can't receive picture from my phone. It's been like this for months.
It's good and reliability
Version 316 works!, but not the new one!
Can't signin even after disabling adblock, clearing cache, etc - this shows how very basic things are overlooked (or over-complicated!) - uninstalling it.
