Our business is protecting your privacy. We know the value our customers place on defending their privacy, and we are committed to handling and processing only the information necessary to deliver our services to you.

PrivacyDefense will never:

Deliver or assist in delivering targeted advertising to customers.
Store customer credit card or billing information on our servers.
Provide any retained customer information or data (beyond what is necessary to process purchases and deliver services) to any third parties unless required by law.

PrivacyDefense must store some information in order to deliver our services. This information may include customer email, name, login, and password information. This information is collected for the sole purpose of delivering and maintaining services to our customers and any information retained will be vigorously safeguarded from unauthorized third party access.

PrivacyDefense also maintains an automated privacy threat collection system that logs unidentified threats as you surf the net. There's an opt-out button in the add-on extension manager that allows you to turn this feature off. The data that is collected is maintained on a seperate system, disassociated with user accounts to preserve the anonymous nature of the collection. User accounts and data collection intentionally cannot be correlated.

PrivacyDefense is a strong advocate of protecting children’s information. If personal information is collected from a person under 13 years of age, we will delete that information and otherwise comply with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
