Adds some additional features to Letterboxd

Features:
- Displays ratings on film pages from:
--- IMDb
--- Rotten Tomatoes
--- Metacritic
--- MyAnimeList
--- AniList
--- CinemaScore
--- SensCritique (disabled by default)
--- MUBI (disabled by default)
- Adds a Wikipedia-like info box of the born, died, and years active for people
- Adds links to the enabled sited and also BoxOfficeMojo
- Adds MPA rating
- Adds the full original wide release on hover of the release year
- Adds film duration converted to hours and minutes on hover of duration
- Adds the budget and box office numbers in the details tab (when available)

**New**
- Added top film rankings from "They Shoot Pictures, Don't They?" top 1000 greatest films of all time, and the BFI Sight and Sound top 250 (Disabled by default) This includes links to Letterboxd lists much like the Letterboxd top 250 list

**Fixes**
- Fixed IMDb ratings not appearing when Enhanced Tracking Protection is set to Strict - the old XMLHttpRequest calls have been replaced with the modern fetch API.
- Fixed issue with Cinemascore not appearing, due to previous Letterboxd site changes.
- Fixed issue with Rotten Tomatoes appearing on film pages when there were no ratings. This was a regression from the previous Rotten Tomatoes fixes.
- Changed CSS on Rotten Tomatoes toggle buttons to remove text selection
- [People pages] Added more catches for locations in WikiData call to better display birth and death locations in the info box.
