Sept 2023 review: I started with the free version years ago and immediately loved the concept. I have always struggled with keeping bookmarks organized and tried countless ways to save them in a way that made it easy to find what I wanted, but nothing helped until Workona. It was a radically new way to handle tabs I'd never seen before. In the early years, changes by browsers would cause issues with Workona but that hasn't been a problem for over a yr now. I upgraded to the paid version and can't imagine how I ever lived without it. This is the first product that has ever helped me save tabs in a way that makes it simple to find what I want since the invention of the internet. It did have some rocky moments in the early years but now it is an elegant and seamless solution. MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL IS THEIR PRIVACY POLICY - I WILL NOT USE A PRODUCT, NO MATTER HOW "GOOD" IT IS, IF THEY HARVEST MY DATA. My last job was handling security for Linux servers so I often use tools to see exactly what my extensions are sending back and forth and Workona is safe for those of us who value privacy above all else.

If you are looking to completely, radically change your experience and relationship with tabs, this is the browser add-on (suite) for you. I found myself unable to truly master it until I paid for the premium features, but was worth it for me. I used the free version for many months before then.

I've read all the negative reviews but decided to try it anyway. After some trial and error I got it to save my 3 workspaces. It works, and it's a great free utility. I don't understand why people are complaining. It's a great free tool and it works great! Was looking for something like this for YEARS!!!!!!

Workona has quickly become the best browser extension I've ever used. It will easily fit into any work process and provides many improvements and benefits. Also, I provided a feature feedback request last month that was implemented in the recent update!! AMAZING!!!

Beautifully thought out application. It is transformed how I work and how efficient I am at work. It is also a sort of auto-journaling of all the work that I am doing and have done in the past.

For projects I have completed, I can always go back to them and pull up any link or resource that I used for that project. People at work think i am a genius now (but its all thank to Workona hehe)

I love it. It allows me to synchronize workgroup between Firefox and Chromium browsers. I can have my tabs organized between both type of browsers. I really wished this had been invented years ago when I was a college student doing research. I can't imagine not having it now that I've been using it for a few months.

I have used Workona for 3-4 years now to organize the classes I teach. Love it!
