Easy to use and does a good job - why can't it be used on newer version of Firefox? Would love to go back to older version so I could continue to use it

It has not been updated since long ago. It didn't work for saving images, but it did still create a gallery with all the images of a page and you could download them with an extension called "Save Images", which is quite good. But now this extension, as many others, is completely disabled :((( .

Just got it and it's not working at all!
No matter what I type in it always comes up with the error message "Error occured while downloading files. Maybe file name has forbidden characters, or download folder does not exist."
Furthermore help page is down.

Please do not leave abandoned the best complement for images of firefox. Upgrade to be compatible with the latest versions.

When it worked it was GREAT, but since version 36 something about the permissions has changed and the extension no longer works as it once did. It's probably a copy right issue as I used to use it on private account sites, but no longer and any site which uses characters other than letters and numbers in their URL, this extension can no longer read them. Sad it was a good extension and for all of us who donated, we can't see where or how it contributed because it looks like we paid to get it killed.

Please Update for FF39+! I have using this addon since years its was always useful i would like keep using it. (Written for 1.2.12.1)

With the FF 36 upgrade this last weekend, this add-on no longer works. I echo those already posting here. What gives???? Because of this, I can only give it one star. It is now useless.

I don't know why this extension doesn't work on FF36.0.1 suddenly, it prompts "Error occured while downloading files. Maybe file name has forbidden characters, or download folder does not exist." while i was trying to download images. Can someone help explain me why...

Great tool, but it dosnt work in FF 36.0 any more. Unfortunately, due to this FF update, several mage add-ons are now out of order. What did you do, dear Firefox team?!

From getting to FIREFOX35.1 far I've been able to successfully saved 36, "Error while downloading the file has occurred. Can not be used to" file name "if the destination is included character folder exists there is a possibility that you do not. "is displayed is no longer available for download out.

It was a perfect extension but it has stopped working when Firefox was updated to version 34.0

This app is responsible for my huge collection of photos.
Saves me a lot of time as it downloads everything at once and fast.
What an amazing add-on. I love it very much.

As a long time user of all of the options in this add-on, I have found them all extremely useful and well designed. However, recently I've found that the option to "Build Gallery With All Selected Links" does not work as it has in the past on some major websites. Now, instead of producing a "gallery" page with images, only a blank page (without images) is produced. Hopefully this issue can be addressed in an updated version, which I'm sure would be much appreciated by all users, so that the Build Gallery option will function as it has in the past.

I love it, but please let it be on a button, or in a compact context menu. It takes too much space as it is now and it's troublesome to change settings every time you want to use it.

Agree with Marrch Ca, this is a great download up until FF18. It no longer works. Hope someone can fix it. Since it doesn't work as expected, I give it one star. If it goes back to the way it has worked in the past, I would give 5 stars.

Wonderful extension, I really love it and find it very useful. But after update to FF 18.0 it stopped working: using "Batch download all images", I select a folder, press Start and receive message: "Error occured while downloading files. Maybe file name has forbidden characters, or download folder does not exist". Download folder exists (and if ever doesn't, it's just created), permissions are OK, no forbidden characters are there and it happens with any images set and any folder, including those ones that were working fine a few weeks ago. Please help fixing that!
