Doesn't show toolbar while showing whole page translation opened from a link in the initially translated page

While I beleive it can translate, it's suspicious that most of the 4 and 5 star reviews have no comment

It should be practicable, but it didn't.
I'm not sure if it's because I'm in China. But it just never working even when I can easily access translate.google.com.

The best of this app was the posibility of have a Google translate floating to search anyting from any page

Why was the Toolbar button removed?

I have been using this plugin well for a few months, but it has been in trouble from the past week, and when I try to translate a paragraph, unfortunately nothing happens.
Just a window opens and the loading icon starts spinning and that's it!
Even waiting for 2 minutes could not help.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible؛ In that case, I will go back and give it a 5 star rating again ...
