    - Remove container menu item when the container is deleted.
    - Insert "a" in menu label for consistency with built-in menu label (#6).
    - Introduce support for localized menu items (#7).
    - Add Dutch (nl) translation.
    - Focus the first tab when multiple bookmarks are opened.
    - When many bookmarks are opened at once (more than 10), then the last bookmarks are opened in discard/unloaded state to save resources (#9).
