Generally speaking, domains that declare compliance with EFF's Do Not Track policy (https://www.eff.org/dnt-policy) are not supposed to engage in tracking. It's possible the cookies you noticed are compliant but it's also possible that you noticed somebody breaking their promise.
We could look into what's going on here if you email us at extension-devs@eff.org with information about what these domains are and where you noticed them.

And on some websites it even gives you the option to "Allow reCAPTCHA", which often has no effect until you disable the add-on--if you figure out that's what you need to do. Privacy Badger is more annoying than useful. I disabled it.
Privacy and security tools shouldn't prevent you from doing what you want to do. Hopefully EFF will finally fix this pointless, annoying app. Don't install until EFF fixes it.Developer response
posted 10 dae geledeHello! It sounds like you told Privacy Badger to block reCAPTCHA by moving the slider for www.google.com to full blocking. Customizing slider settings is an advanced feature. I suggest leaving the sliders alone unless you know what you're doing. There are reasons why www.google.com isn't blocked by default for all Privacy Badger users, and you ran into some of them.
