Issue with unloaded tabs + suggestions/requests Noté 4 sur 5 étoiles

This is a great add-on but i noticed a problem with it that tabs that have never been loaded from add-ons that dont load background tabs when you open them are not registered by this add-on. If you can please look into that cause is very problematic to have to load all those kind of tabs before hitting the button.

Also would be nice if possible that you include the option to auto open a tab with the html file, to auto close the tabs that were saved as an htl file and also idk if it's possible but it would be great that it also supports saving a preview of the pages that were once loaded but that now are unloaded either trough the firefox session restore built in feature o by add-ons.

Would be also nice if there was an option to delete from the html file pages that you want and be able to re arrange them (and also be able to that in bulk not only 1 by one) and to be able to group the tabs under certain titles and to add new tabs to an existing file.

Thanks for your time and this add-on.

This is what I'm looking for! Although reopening is not very intuitive, like others suggested, it would great to be able to open saved tabs from add-on itself!

immediately bring up a new tab of the saved html page Noté 5 sur 5 étoiles

Suggestion : there should be a simple option to open up the newly saved html page into a tab. The url will look like:

Then the user can simply make a bookmark of the new set of tabs.

This will also help in setting up a multi-level structure. Say I have 10 such pages, each with 25 bookmarks, one might be Firefox Utilities, Bible studies, Events, etc. Then you could make a new Tab Set of those groups. Voila. A rather sophisticated two-level structure, without much effort.

Nice idea Noté 5 sur 5 étoiles

But I have a proposal:
1. Addon should remember the full name (with path) of the last saved html file and open it in browser with middle click on button (or Ctrl+Left Click)
2. The right click on button should open menu with following menuitems:
a) Tab Set Saver Options
b)... List of html files names in the folder, containing the last saved html file - in order of file creation date (reverse - the last is first)
So, the user will be able to restore every session if he saves them in the same folder

Confused about how to open saved tab sets Noté 5 sur 5 étoiles

Could use more documentation ... (my first experience with extensions)... I've saved a few tab sets, but now can't find them. If I click on the icon upper right, it just turns tabs into the thumbnails window. If I go thru Tools - Tab Set, I don't see any way to open an existing tab set. I've looked on my desktop, downloads and documents, no new files created in the last hour. So where are they, and how do I get to them?
I'm using ESR v24.4

I like the idea of it and it works very well but it would be nice if you could restore the file from the extension itself rather than go looking for the file...

This was exactly what I was looking for! Previously I used Ctrl + Shft+ D to save all tabs to a bookmark, but this allows me to rapidly save and share what I am looking at, while creating a shareable saveable file which does not clutter up my bookmarks.

Very productive and practical. I suppose it's only the beginning of developing. It's raw and should be worked on. Some offers:
- Set option to choose default folder for saving sessions.
- Include saved sessions as bookmark (into one tab-set-saver-sessions folder would be enough)
- hotkeys or buttons may me implemented
Anyway you made great job. God bless you.

Does what it says Noté 5 sur 5 étoiles

I found this add-on on my first try looking for something that does exactly what this does.My problem: sometimes my computer crashes and BSODs on me, and when I restart my tabs are gone (though I have the option). I used to do System Restore. Now I can rest assured by saving my tabs in a tiny HTML file. It does exactly what it says on the tin.

The only suggestion I could ever ask for is possibly an automated feature, such as every X week save tabs with a maximum file size of X KB... something in that vein.

Frankly, I'm surprised there aren't more reviews/downloads. Perhaps people just aren't obsessed with having a million tabs open a time like me...

"Save tabs to the right" capability Noté 4 sur 5 étoiles

Add the option to the context menu when you click on the tab "Save tabs to the right". It would be very convenient. Thanks.

Great addon, but I'd like an option to save tabs without thumbnails.

This addon is very good . But One thing missing is i want to store only a few tabs in html , not all ( to avoid confusion when opening again from html file ) . Author Please add this feature.. If added above feature ill give 5 star

Ah, a different workflow than I had in mind, but I see its usefulness. I have put it on my roadmap!
