This is the extension I use most Noté 4 sur 5 étoiles

I use this extension since many years and I'm very happy!! However.. as the previous user, I lost also all my url's. I hope that the creator will add a backup feature in the near future :)

better than bookmarks Noté 4 sur 5 étoiles

the way links are presented is nicer than bookmarks and history. If only it would include bookmarks and install saved pages there share between computers it would be perfecet

Lost everything Noté 2 sur 5 étoiles

Used it on Chrome for a year without issues, but after using it on Firefox for 3 days one day everything was simply gone.

One of my must have add ons Noté 4 sur 5 étoiles

Really rescued Firefox for me, as it was about to be thrown out, because it was so slow with too many tabs.

Only thing I miss with OneTab is an option to sort the tabs, by date, name or so.

Doesn't work for me Noté 1 sur 5 étoiles

I added this and clicked to send all my tabs to OneTab, which then opened up just a blank page. I've tried restarting and reopening Firefox, but I can't see a list of my tabs anywhere. I think they should be on the page that opens after you click the OneTab icon (this one: resource://extension-at-one-tab-dot-com/data/onetab.html) but it's completely blank.

It does more than what is advertised Noté 4 sur 5 étoiles

- remove and add all opened tabs into a list that you can rename, lock (to not delete it by accident), rate 1-5 stars and use less memory at the same time.

- Once a list is made, you can right click a webpage and send it inside.

- You can have many lists and they stay forever, even if you close firefox, until you delete it manually...

Example of use : as a gamer playing path of exile and some time league of legends, I always have to open 2-3-4-5 tabs to play the way I want. With that list system, I'll just remove them from my personal bookmark bar and make a list that I will be able to open easily and fast instead...

One problem I found so far is when we send all tabs inside a list, it remove the collected data. In short, it keep only the links (and of course thats why it take less memory). It take more bandwidth... Also, the review I'm currently writing, this is the second time I write it lol, because while writing it 5 min. ago, I pushed the onetab icon button to check what else I could say and of course it removed all the text I wrote because I had to reload this current webpage... My fault yes, but it can be annoying some time.

Simple and functional Noté 4 sur 5 étoiles

OneTab is very useful is keeping my browser free, I can keep only the relevant tabs open while storing the rest without having to bookmark or worry about forgetting the webpage.

However, opening a new private window also opens a normal window with OneTab up.

Nice add-on Noté 4 sur 5 étoiles

I really like the new features. Now you can organize your tabs much better and the workflow is improved. Cheers!

Bug: When I open a new firefox private window a normal window showing only the OneTab tab (or several ones if it is not the first time) also opens automatically. (Ubuntu 16.04 Firefox 49.0)

Works LIKE IT'S INTENDED FOR! Noté 5 sur 5 étoiles

The add on deserves 5 stars. Been using it for a long time, as my other inactive FF account that I had for years (so there's tiny credibility to my review for anyone that thinks I'm some new guy sucking up to the developer/being paid to say this/whatever) It's a helpful add on that does..what it says it does. For that reason alone, I'm surprised how this add on has some negative reviews (even though it's really no big deal as it's a really small amount but bad reviews, I'm only referring to the 1 & 2 stars... and the review about data & the negativity that came with it ) as it has, because it does do what it says & what it's intended for; putting all your multiple tabs... into one tab..hence the name; One Tab. (Plus - I just believe in contacting the support if you have a problem first and, say, for example, the support never responded or was just rude then yeah..) I mean, what more did you expect it to do, right?

Don't answer that..because I will - It's EXTREMELY helpful on your computer (in terms of performance speed) WHEN you put all your tabs into one as opposed to having multiple tabs just open.

Good scenario for One Tab (And there are numerous scenarios that could be used, this is just one of them that I happen to use because this one is how I got reconnected with OneTab) - Anyone that, for an example, is on a site that has multiple things that you want to download (maybe some files (mods) for that awesome PC game or whatever your reasons are) and you first just decide that you will just go to one of those pages, via tab, that has the download file in it..then you download leave that page then go to the next page with your next desired file.. repeat & repeat (you get the picture) ...gets tiring and really repetitive so then you deicide "Huh, I'll just open all the pages (that has that file you want) in separate tabs!" which gets alittle faster than before...but then you notice your PC is starting to slow down (unless your PC can handle the work & how many tabs you have open.. a couple or few wont hurt) & your pc keeps getting slower to the point where you get really aggravated.. This is where One Tab comes in handy for you.

With One Tab - You can put all those tabs into one and you can see the difference. I didn't necessarily had to explain this, but, if you know anything about computers, then you know that having your PC (unless your PC can handle it) do even more extra work such as loading pages + the downloading + other factors (i.e. processes running in background, etc) would slow your PC down. And, hey, even if you don't know much about computers & stuff (As I know there will always be new people starting out with computers & just some folks that just doesn't know much about them which is fine!) , then consider yourself lucky! I just gave you a tip! Woo-hoo! High-five! Yeah-ah! You're welcome.

^ That was sarcasm, I really am not that cocky. But if I did help anyone with that last info, awesome. Bottom line is - This add on is really recommended if you like opening tabs for whatever reason. Like me, who at one time had 176 tabs at one time (Not necessarily all for downloading, most were.. but some were just to check & see if I like what I saw to decide whether or not I'll download....One Tab still helped with that and even when I had 16 tabs and 8 tabs..etc. This add on really does help! ...But, no, not with saving important data...but with... *drum roll please* ....multiple tabs...into one :D

PS.If you're still reading my review..You're awesome! Grab yourself a beer. Then hand it to me. Or..I suppose you can have it.. but if you don't drink then yeah hand it over. No? ..Okay, well, at least get this add on then! It does what it's intended for and is well worth the 5 stars!

Thanks One Tab Team for this helpful add on!

If you rely only on this to save important data, you're wrong... You should use the browser tool to do this...

This addon got better for a time Noté 1 sur 5 étoiles

Just suffered a total loss of its data, though. Hundreds of links gone. Can't trust it. But go ahead and download it and give it five star reviews, then forget to come back here and rate it again once you've lost your data. That way we can make sure as many people are as miserable as possible.

We've gone to great lengths to use Firefox's most robust storage mechanism to keep your data safe. However, there are things out of our control that can happen in rare cases. For example, Firefox can sometimes crash in a nasty way that can corrupt your Firefox profile directory. People also sometimes accidentally use a privacy cleaner or a the Firefox 'refresh' feature and don't realise they are wiping clean their extensions.

We're sorry you've lost your tabs. Your #1 defence is to ensure you have some kind of PC backup procedure in place, whether online or even just monthly backups. This way, you can always restore back Firefox to a time before the corruption happens.

With over 40,000 users and very few reports of this kind, especially since we released the new robust indexedDB storage mechanism, common sense should tell you that your experience is unfortunate but rare.

Works but with errors Noté 2 sur 5 étoiles

The idea is not bad. But add-on itself works with errors. Periodically drops all the URLs from it's url page. I have lost all URLs a few times, not once. This is not convenient and you can not rely on this add-on.

Hi, we're sorry this has happened. We went to great lengths to implement a more robust indexed-db storage mechanism, and we've not heard any other reports of data loss since we made that update. The only thing we can think of is that you're using the Ubuntu updates centre which can be destructive when making Firefox upgrades, or there is some other kind of issue which is causing your Firefox profile directory to become deleted or corrupted. Or perhaps you have "privacy cleaner" software that is removing your OneTab history?

这个组件太棒了 Noté 5 sur 5 étoiles

Perfect Noté 5 sur 5 étoiles

This add-on is perfect. It should be built-in in Firefox because it's so convenient for managing tabs, quickly and efficiently!
