Pourquoi le module Bell of Mindfulness a-t-il été créé ?
Whenever I am on the computer, I usually get myself tangled in the digital world and forget myself in the present moment. In order to remind myself to come back and pay attention to myself and my breathing, I use the sound of the bells. When I hear the bells, I stop whatever I am doing and come back and pay attention to my breathing while clearing my mind for about 30 second. This method has helped me to relax and relieve stress throughout my day. The practice was taught and practiced by Thay Thich Nhat Hanh (a great Buddhist zen master) and his students. I hope that the users will find it helpful as well.
