Add-ons I've created
BarTab Heavy Requires Restart
Unload tabs and put them on your 'bar tab' to conserve system resources.
Rated 3 out of 5 stars
I think it would be better without containers, they are intended for online identity but here they are being misused for grouping. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.0.78).
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
This looks very promising but it desperately needs tab hiding for it to be usable (upstream limitation I know).
Doesn't work Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Console error: "Load denied by X-Frame-Options: [website] does not permit cross-origin framing."
Extreme prejudice mode Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Judge others not for what they say, but with whom they associate. :)
Holy $#@%, you fixed it! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Performance problems solved by enabling the advanced option "Don't lock i-frames when scrolling"!This review is for a previous version of the add-on (5.3). This user has a previous review of this add-on.
Awkward compared with containers Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Tab containers were created specifically for this use case and are much easier to use.
Different approach Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Rather than preventing new tabs from being created like Max Tabs, older tabs are closed when the limit is reached. The limit is global so background windows may lose their tabs.
Nice work Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Duplicate works properly now but there is a delay before the duplicated tab is made active. Maybe instead of waiting for tabs.duplicate add a listener to tabs.onCreated and assume the next tab created is the duplicated one, make it active, then remove the listener. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2).
Slow to start scrolling Rated 2 out of 5 stars
Initiating scroll is slow to respond compared with similar extension "Middle Mouse Button Scroll." For long documents it can take more than a second to respond, once scroll has started it is good but the delay is a deal breaker for regular scrolling. There is a similar delay between releasing the scroll button and momentum starting which makes it unwieldy and impossible to do fast flick gestures. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.4).
Stayed for the context menu Rated 5 out of 5 stars
You should mention the context menu in the main title/description! I imagine a lot of people would be more interested in that than the keyboard shortcut. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.1.0).
Simple and convenient. Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Love the context menu. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0.0).
WebExtension! Woot! Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Tried other WebExtension redirect skippers and missed this one so I was glad to see this being ported. Unfortunately this latest update has undone two of my favorite features.
1. Minimalist button badge "skip" indicator. Now there are only popup notifications. Please bring back the badge indicator and make the popup notifications optional.
2. Simple one-click on/off toggle. Now it shows the full options page which I don't need 99% of the time. It's possible to add a context menu item to the browser_action that links to the options page so you don't have to interfere with normal click behavior.
Seems redundant Rated 3 out of 5 stars
You can already do this in Firefox, just go to options and turn on "Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order". It also shows tab previews of your most recently used tabs. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.6).
Causes issues with some sites Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Firefox 53 has a new setting which allows limiting referer to same-origin with less side effects (network.http.referer.userControlPolicy = 1).This user has a previous review of this add-on.
Keeps history relevant Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Nice work beating Expire History By Days to WebExtension!
Convenient and informative Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Thanks for making this, these built-in settings need more publicity. Most referer addons are currently outdated and/or overkill for what most people need.
Great for download managers Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Switched from another similar addon to this for the e10s support.
Shame *ding* *ding* *ding* Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Invaluable for calling out developers for not supporting e10s.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.2.3).
Very promising Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Works great with reddit outbound links. Doesn't work with Google search result links. It would be nice if it also worked when copying links to clipboard. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.7).
Excellent! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Keep in mind this will only work if the .desktop filename matches the application name. This can be a problem if you customize the .desktop file or use Mozilla builds of Developer Edition and Nightly which share the same application name.
