It sounds like a good idea, unfortunately there's no explanation about or even a link to how to install the REST service.
Edit: After I was pointed in the right direction and installed the service with some help of the developer himself, I am very pleased. The Thunderbird implemention is really easy and elegant!
What would be nice is to insert existing tickets in the same formatting style.

I've installed this on FF14.01. The channel switching itself seems to work, but the released FF15beta2 (or beta1) is not downloaded. Pretty useless.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.6).

While I am being redirected to a page that gives me the desired information, that same page tries to stubbornly download something to my computer every time it is accessed. I consider that malware.
I identified a jpeg resizer as the culprit of this bug, not HabuL. Chances are that the Resizer plugin has been updated by now.

It seems like a good idea, however, take this plugin with a grain of salt. The makers are not identifiable, and all their associated domains are registered via proxy (haha), and are thus anonymous.
