One of the perfect tools for image downloading [also, one request] Rated 5 out of 5 stars
There are plenty of addons and separate apps for downloading pics from webpages, but they have varying levels of complexity. 'Save Images' is simple to use, straightforward in what it does, no other fluff or bloat. Bravo! And Thanks!
I do have one request/question: is it possible (i.e. easy to implement) to save the images with whatever timestamp was originally on the file?
I know that info isn't always available from the server--if not, then the current time is fine. Still, other downloaders are able to grab and apply the original timestamp, so I'm hoping 'Save Images' can do it as well.
Thanks again for this great tool.
This is not the right place for this, But... Rated 4 out of 5 stars
...I'll change it to a proper review in future.
Now, I'ld like to make a search plugin for Google URL Shortener <goo.gl>
A2SB is not providing an option to add it to the browser, and there's no existing one on Mycroft.
1) Does anyone know of an existing one, or how to create a custom one?
2) Is there a plugin, userscript, bookmarklet (or userChrome.js) that can, given a certain URL, check if it already exist with goo.gl's database; and if not, create one?
Or does Google URL Shortener do that already?? o_0
Excellent tool, one of a kind (and...how to code white spaces!) Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Thank you developer, Good to see an update.
Currently, this add-on seems to be one (of two) last extensions that do url redirecting right (i.e. redirecting before the page actually loads), and it's so good it's back-in-action.
FYI: if trying to check urls for whitespaces, be sure to use %20 !!
-- e.g. (.*?)(%20)\|(%20)(.*) -- and *NOT* (if at all) just \s
Are vmb's updates inside? Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Can anyone CONFIRM that vmb's fixes...
... are also rolled into versions 21 and above, the official ones on the Version History page??
I (think) that he was the first to make ILO Fx4 compatible, but he also provided some fixes.
Choice of Mouse-over Field Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I'm giving you a '9' because you've made a great extension to do what many were doing by hand, all within a simple interface.
If you are ever able to develop the option to choose which field displays on mouse-over -- specifically the Description field [see Bugzilla 135962] -- you will be a hero amongst extension developers!
