Need to repair this. Rated 1 out of 5 stars
I second the problem with forced automatic starts. It essentially makes this add-on unusable.
"Configure FTP links in Firefox to automatically use FireFTP" is the missing option and it needs to be reinstated before I can use anything higher than 2.0.28.

Excellent! Been using it for a long time and is one of the main reasons why I'm still using Firefox. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (188.8.131.52-signed).
Still problems with context menus Rated 3 out of 5 stars
There are still issues with missing items and/or extra scroll up/down arrows when they are not needed.
And in the options sections some text is missing.
I'm sure I'll give the add-on a 5-star rating once these are fixed.
Great stuff Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Excellent! Seems our developer has made the upload feature an optional setting. In today's security conscious environment everyone is always suspicious of what an application might send and to where. While I'm sure Oleksandr hadn't had nasty stuff in mind; I'm afraid paranoia tends to win out. You can thank all the mal-ware virus writers for that. On the other hand those nefarious types help us improve security in a round-about way..
Well anyways. I'm glad to update to this latest version.
4 years later I still continue to use this add-on!
still unsafe Rated 1 out of 5 stars
It's too easy to accidentally hit the "upload" selection, thus sending out information that should not be sent out.
It sends un-securely to website I know nothing about. Nor care to. If you have to have this feature in there, for whatever reason, you'll need to do three things.
1- give us a choice of sites to upload to or allow us to enter our own.
2- put in a disable option that actually removes the option.
3- make two versions, one that has it and one that does not.
Until that happens, I reverted back to the previous release. It worked well enough anyways and I saw no need to update it other than "calming-down" Firefox' upgrade notice in the add-on section.
Please understand that there comes a point in time when an add-on or application truly is finished. When this happens it's time to stop meddling with the code. Because anything done after that point is just adding bloat and pisses off users.

This upload feature thing is like so retarded and dumb. It stinks of makework & busywork. Doing stuff just to do something. I smell bloat coming!
Just remove that feature in order to get a good review from me.
