My previous review (which seems to have vanished) indicated that Provider for Google Calendar was not working. I played around a but and found (I think) that reinstalling Exchange EWS Provider fixed it

Sorry the previous review vanished. If it contained URLs it is auto-flagged for review by the addons.mozilla.org reviewers and there are some other cases.

This one seemed to stick though. Thanks for the note on the EWS provider. There is a bug in some versions of it that would cause the new calendar dialog to not work, all you need to do here is disable the EWS provider while adding new calendars.

I'm glad things are working now!
