Works well and I especially love the ability to have a full-page video size. Really, really nice add-on.

This is awesome Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is awesome. It does exactly what it says it does. Anyone who uses YouTube will find this very useful.

I found it especially useful because, for some reason, YouTube's resolution menu wouldn't stay open for me. When I clicked the "gear" icon, the menu appeared for just a moment, then disappeared. With this plugin, I was able to choose the resolutions and player sizes I wanted, and didn't have to bother with YouTube's buggy controls at all. Thank you!

Hello,

Video stop is related to new Firefox 32 cache feature and only a few users are experiencing this issue and it is only reported for Firefox 32.

Below are some recommendations:

Most Working Solution 1
Could you please type about:config in address bar (location bar), press Enter? This will open up Firefox preferences page. Accept the warning please. Copy below expression;

browser.cache.use_new_backend_temp

and paste in Search field. It will filter the very preference. Double click to browser.cache.use_new_backend_temp to set it to false.

Restart Firefox and visit a YouTube page to see if it works as expected with our add-on please

Most Working Solution 2
A user having same issue reported that it was because of Firefox 32 and it started to work correctly after he switched to Firefox 33 Beta. Firefox 33 Beta can be installed next to Firefox 32 without removing or touching Firefox 32. If you decide to install Firefox 33, just make sure to chose another directory while you use Setup program.

Long time user of this fantastic add-on, but had to disable it due to the recent autoplay change. Imagine what it's like opening your Failblog (or whatever) feed and having every video start playing at the same time?

Looking forward to a future version that reverts this or at least makes it an option.

Edit: just saw the update that makes this optional. We're back in business now!

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (31.2).

EDIT: The update has been fixed. Works great now! Only complaint is that the logo that goes in the browser to control the settings is lo-res and looks kind of crappy compared to everything else, but that's a little issue. The add-on works perfectly.

I've loved this add-on until today. The new update is awful. The autoplay is obnoxious, and turning it off means video will no longer autoplay when you actually want it to when you're on YouTube's website. Please fix it so that you can still autoplay on YouTube.com and not on other sites.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (31.0).

Hello awa88,

We have released a new update. Could you please install version 31.2 and feedback us please? Please make sure that you have a tick for "Video will auto play when player loads" option in YouTube High Definition toolbar button panel.
