DNTM no longer tracking ANYTHING Rated 1 out of 5 stars
For the last 30+ days DNTM has ceased to block a single tracker since I hit 11k blocked. Contacted support 3-4 days ago and was asked what browser I used and that was the extent of it with no further assistance as of yet. If there are other add-ons causing this problem OR some sort of malware that blocks DNTM from doing its job. It would be nice if Abine could make this info available. I cannot find anything on this topic. If a solution is not found then I have no choice but to ditch and go with something else. ANY info to let us know Abine?
After several back and forth emails which basically was the same questions over again. I am left with the feeling that somebody and/or everybody doesn't have a clue and that the answer is to just speculate. I have now been told that the most likely problem is because I am using FF 27beta. That could be very well the reason. That didn't sound like a answer that has knowledge behind it though. Has this conflict been identified already and made to be viewed by public? Any fix in place? Has it been tested by Abine after many others having same problem? I have not been asked and/or directed to ANY sort of diagnostics or troubleshooting. I am not sold that it is FF 27 causing the problem until it has been well researched/documented. Uninstalling this add-on for now.
