Rated 5 out of 5 stars

hi, good feature, would be great to have an option allowing specific links from favourites by click to open as desktop version!

This is extension works well to an extent . I have encountered several times when the mobile site loaded instead of the desktop site .

Додаток працює без помилок (принаймні я поки що їх не помітив), виконує свою головну і єдину функцію нормально. Більше нічого й не потрібно :)

Works better Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Using with latest Firefox 43.0 (for android) and works better. "Request desktop" is always enabled and can be flagged of only when required.

This addon comes very handy most of the time; though, it would be nice to have an option to blacklist certain sites where you want to disable it, such as the addons.mozilla.org page, for example!

Works as it claims, even in ff v.21

Great add-on Rated 4 out of 5 stars

It works just fine. What would be even better is if it had an option to exclude certain websites from opening in desktop mode.

Samsung Note 10.1 JB success Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Works for me. I followed instructions from FraBu and used Astro File Manager to switch file from my PC to tablet then Firefox to install. I use it for newspaper reading to have a display rather than a list. But why no proper installer?

not to install Rated 4 out of 5 stars

No Downloadbutton and yes, Desktopview was NOT enabled befor or even try to download.

OK, now it works ;-)

For all: go to your Desktop-PC and search on google for "desktop by default". Use the addon.mozilla.... page. There is a grey button "download for android". Use the RIGHT mousebutton for kontext-menu and get "save target as..."
Transfer the downloaded xpi-File to your Android-device by usb-cable, lan ect. to any folder, i.e. downloads
Open the xpi-file on your android as a Text-File and get Firefox as Handler to open it. Install the AddOn - thats it.
