Add-ons I've created
This extension allows you to show/hide the main menu. It can be accessed through a toolbarbutton, keyboard shortcut and popup-menu-item. It also supports autohide. the statusbar can optionally be hidden.
a minimalistic version of disablemenu (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3300)

Nice for small PDFs.
- no "monster"(acrobat) plugin needed
- works well for common PDFs, offers optional download
- pages load very slow, when using larger PDFs (>20 pages)
- some graphics are not rendered correctly (vector graphics?)

I wonder why this functionality is still not implemented in firefox. One of the most important extensions, since it enables basic cookie handling.
Though it's simple, I never missed anything.
Works perfectly with ff3.5 if you take the latest version from the developers homepage.
