Problem with Main Context Menu (Iright-click menu) Puntuado con 3 de 5 estrellas

It's a pity that Menu Wizard isn't able to keep the menu sequence in the main context menu. Eg. I drag the "InstantFox 3.0.0" search to the bottom of the menu but it will re-appear at the top of the context menu after browser restart. (No such problem with the old "Menu Editor 1.2.7").

A must have to clean up all menus! Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas

I had used Menu Editor for years, but it has been abandoned. I'm glad I found this one. It's not only a nice replacement, it's even better! Thank you very much!

Only one issue: Every time I open FF, the first time I right-click anywhere in order to use the contextual menu, the contextual menu takes a bit long to load. This happens only the first time of a right-click, after opening FF. Is this behavior normal?

Very useful addon. I've used different methods to unclutter the context menu in the past (i.e. a Stylish script), but using this addon has been the best method so far.

The thing I love about it is that not only can you remove the entries you don't want to see, but you can quickly and temporarily display the entries you've hidden in case you need them.

Be sure to use !!! Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas

I don't represent as it is possible to use Firefox without this addon !

Exactly what I was looking for (and more)! Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas

Ever since Mozilla changed the context menu with the release of Firefox 32, I have been looking for a way to get back the access key of 'R' for Reload. During my quest, I kept using Firefox 31.5.3 which is the last version that I could find before 32 came out. Well, now my quest is over thanks to Menu Wizard because it allows the customization of the access keys! Of course, it can do MUCH more than that! So, this is definitely a "must have" and a "keeper". Wow. I was once angry with Mozilla for ruining the context menu, but if they hadn't messed with it, then I wouldn't have Menu Wizard. So, I guess now I am grateful to Mozilla for doing that.

You see, I depend on being able to right-click and then quickly tap 'R' for Reload because often times for me, that's faster and easier than tapping F5 or right-clicking and then clicking Reload. Up until now though, I had Menu Editor installed but I never gave any thought to the possibility that I need to find an alternative menu editor, nor did I know that other menu editors even existed (but I assumed that Menu Editor was still the only one, so I never checked). So with this access key problem, I just thought that I needed to find some fancy way of getting it back. I guess I was wrong. :)

So yeah, now that I have Menu Wizard, all I can say is that it is extremely awesome and it absolutely destroys Menu Editor in every way, and again, it's not just because I can right-click and tap 'R'. Thank you, Oleksandr!!

Simple, unintrusive menu customizer, compatible with pale moon. Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas

I installed this add-on a while ago. I spent some time getting my menus just right, and then kind of forgot about the add-on. Then recently, I went looking for the move to new window option in the tab context menu. After I found it it only took me a few seconds to go into the add-on and put it in a more logical location for myself. Great job building a well-designed and user-friendly add-on!

A well written must have extension. Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas

I have been using Menu Wizard for a while now and only recently started investigating everything I can do with it. I am more and more impressed at how I can customize Firefox. Sure I have questions and features I would like but even if there is never a new version, Menu Wizard would still be a must have for me.

I have recently posted a message in the forum with some questions and feature requests. Although this may be the wrong place to ask, is there some manual or directions for Menu Wizard? I especially want to understand and various type of folders I can insert into a menu.

Thanks again for a great extension,

Jim

Great! Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas

Good add-on and the best menu editing extension I've tried for Firefox. An absolute necessity.

UPDATE:
I'm as good as my word. The developer updated this extension in a timely manner and fixed the bug with the Mac version and hiding items on the menu bar. I'm amazed by the responsiveness of the developer and his swiftness at patching problems.

ORIGINAL (for older version):
I took away one star because there is a bug in the Mac version: whenever I select a menu item to be hidden in the main menu bar, it remains visible and won't go away. Everything else works fine. I'll gladly re-review this if the developer fixes this bug.

Отличное дополнение, единственно жаль, что не все пункты всех меню можно перемещать по своим предпочтениям, как это возможно в дополнении Menu Editor.
Ещё одно замечание, перемещённые пункты меню после выхода из настроек не остаются на своих местах.

я думаю в Menu Editor тоже не все гладко с этим :)

Fast response to fixing my problem! Works great.
----Original review
Works fine for the most part. It has stopped working on the main menubar on Mac OS X/Firefox ESR(TenFourFox 31.5.0) with all add-ons turned off. The main menu and all child menu items require the attribute 'hidden' to be set to true, simple fix. css has no effect on them.
Also if you would, please add the ability to create command keys like Keyconfig does.

I have a lot of add-ons installed, some of which add items on the context menu even though I don't need most of them on it. Thanks to this, I can organize the context menu the way I want it. The one problem I have is some context menu items and customizing their keyboard shortcut. I've been trying to customize the keyboard shortcut for Copy Link Location and Open New Private Tab (from the add-on Private Tab), but they don't work and won't save after exiting Firefox. When I try to add shortcuts to those, some items on the edit menu get reenabled, though the change isn't actually reflected on the context menu itself. But other than that, this is a great add-on!

EDIT: My bad, the problem I mentioned isn't actually a bug.

Issue with 'Hide icons in all menu items' new 2.05 option - RESOLVED! Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas

Menu Wizard's 2.05 new option 'Hide icons in all menu items' works fine with the icons except when the icon is a check-mark for an on/off (e.g. 'Enabled') status of a function/extension.

For instance, in Tools/Greasemonkey there is a 'Enabled' label which is checked when Greasemonkey is active of course. The check-mark disappears when Menu Wizard option 'Hide icons in all menu items' is activated.

Hiding the menu icons has been tried with userstyles and lead to the same problem.

Otherwise, great add-on and everyday Firefox companion.

EDIT : I have never -- never -- seen a developer react as quickly as Oleksandr, menu Wizard's daddy : WOW! Here I call him SuperCoder faster than light. It's a bird, it's a plane, no it's SuperCoder! -- Of course, fast 'n' good : 2.06 resolves the problem stated by my comment...
Gosh, that was sooo fast :)
