Puntuado con 1 de 5 estrellas

I don't know why this addon is labeled a Featured addon. You can not move the button. It just sticks up there. Why is this un-standard addon a Featured addon?
I have been redownloading it every now and then hoping that this "sticking" thing will be fixed but it is not.
I suggest this alternative:

Few websites dodging this addon Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas

1) Many thanks for this superb addon. It's simple yet very effective.
2) It was working completely fine until I updated my FF to 38.0.5. Now I noticed that images such as .png, .svg on Wikipedia are loaded even when addon is enabled. Similarly, thumbnails on Google and DuckDuckgo search are also visible. What's more, there are other websites like this(http://www.androidpit.com/best-apps-for-monitoring-system-performance-on-your-android-device) which loaded all those big images.
3) It is because of this issue I'm waiting to give it 5-star. Please consider correcting this issue.

Once again, this addon is great!

Works great except with Facebook and Google Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas

Works great for a lot of thing except google images and youtube thumbnail previews on google searches. Now facebook video previews are also bypassing the blocking.

Very useful. A great add-on! Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas

Not only it blocks image contents but also makes wider the page. You wont see empty white spaces! Keep it up!

Does what it tells Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas

This is a pretty good add-on, it completely disables any type of images of the websites. I find out pretty useful, since there are plenty of websites that I do not want to see their content or not being clustered with images by other people that I don't care by much. With this, I'm also avoiding to save images that I like simply by not seeing them, since this add-on disables any type of images.

I just wish there were more options for it. An exception list for websites would become very handy.

Works perfectly Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas

re person (below) who stated "right now in Firefox you cannot unblock images without resetting Firefox totally" the only thing that is "totally" is the word untrue regarding his statement. You need only "refresh" the browser (usually the F5 key) to toggle on/off. And this is so not just with this but with all the image blockers. Is no big deal, takes 2 secs.

allow excepitons Puntuado con 1 de 5 estrellas

Please allow exceptions on specific sites, say news.google.com or search result page of reddit.com.
I'm on edge network and it helps me a lot. But why are you so fuckin adamant to ALWAYS 'keep it simple'? Its not 'simple' to operate at all. I've to constantally toggle it on n off.

For gods sake, allow exceptions please.

Nice addon. I hope someone can create an addon that can unblock images. Because right now in Firefox you cannot unblock images without resetting Firefox totally.

「Security」対策用途とは異なり、「快適化」が主眼のアイテムのようだ Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas

Mozilla 推奨の「セキュリティー対策アイテム」だったので、試用してみたが・・・

(Flash-contentsなどに仕組まれたマルウェアなどからの)Security 対策ならば、「NoScript」と「Flash Control」の併用を推奨します。

Simple to use Puntuado con 3 de 5 estrellas

It is really simple to use, as you use one button to control all the websites you serve, but how ever there are still things that can be done:
- It can have an exception list of websites
- It can have option to sync that list with firefox sync

Image Block 2.1 is a fantastic way to clean up your browsing experience Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas

Love this Add-on. Would to have it available in IE and Chrome as well.

works, but very basic Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas

It's basically just a shortcut to set the about:config permissions.default.image value.

- actually prevents the images from being downloaded (as opposed to hiding them after they're downloaded)

- toolbar icon is fixed to the far right. Should be able to move it or hide it.
- if you've already loaded the page, you cannot hide the images by toggling the button. You have to reload the page again (and vice versa).

Ничего не настраивается, даже место иконки... Image-Show-Hide при том же размере имеет настройки (но тут иконка сама по себе более уместная)

As the previous user said, an option to show chosen would be perfect, but i put 5 stars because it deserves it!

old habbit Puntuado con 3 de 5 estrellas

I know that becouse html 5 structure, it is not easy to get old look with picture holders with x or link for shift click loading or show image loading, but is there addon with that option. To be image blocked and then separately image per image approved and downloaded.
Old netscape and ie habbit.

are you tired of slow loading pages...? Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas

this add on is simple...it will add an icon to your navigation toolbar (extreme right) at top...then, you just click on the icon..a red 'x' will appear on the icon..then all future pages that are opened will not load any pictures or images..i often use this first, and open tabs with no images first, so the page will load quickly, then afterwards, if needed, reload the same page, with the images...i am on dsl, so for those with slower internet speeds, this is a quick, efficient, cheap way to speed up page loading..also, on my slower, older netbook, this allows pages to load faster too..at first, however, some pages may look different and you'll be confused by the lay out of the page without the images..however, you will get used to the page as its presented, and this can save you time in loading the page, trust me...highly recommenced ..thanks great job

excellent, but can be better Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas

This is a simple and useful extension, but it would be very nice if it had these two features:

1) Per-site default: For some sites, I'd like images to be automatically loaded by default but after loading, I sometimes want to remove the pictures from the screen; for other sites, I'd like the images to be blocked by default, but I sometimes want to see them.

2) It would be very useful if the pressing the Image-Block button immediately removed the images from the page; or if the images have been displayed, pressing the button loads them.

Fantastica, utile per le connessioni a consumo.

Great add-on! I only wished when I visit a site and once all images have been blocked, to be able to select and show some of them by choice. Thanks!
