Used This For Over A Year. Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas
I started using this when Firefox downgraded my browser to bugfest 43 and started blocking my cookies which made logging in impossible.I even had issues if I was able to log in to sites like getting logged out at the end of my session. This combined with rolling back to Forefox v39 fixed that issue for me and I can log in and stay logged in most of the time.

Great addon Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas
Works wonderfully. There are no calls home and all sorts of other dirty tricks. Thank you so much.Esta valoración es de una versión anterior del complemento (5.8).
Very, very good... & now even better. Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas
Without a doubt the best cookie manager there is. Some of the low reviews given here are just plain silly (Firefox auto installed this extension etc.) , and show a lack of understanding of the extension and how to use it.
I have been using it for years and rely upon it.
I have noticed one issue in the last few versions that "could" be a problem so I thought I would mention it:
Adding an exception for a "https://" site is added as a "http://" site, and then does not work on the secure site.
The issue above has been fixed with today's update. Thank you very much.
The Cookie Controller buttons and manus always add both http:// and https:// permissions, and clean up previous permissions to avoid confusing conflicts. The Firefox dialog only adds the exact one you tell it to, and just adds http:// if you don't specify the scheme. I'll tweak the addon to fill in the scheme to help out a bit, but it is still best to use the addon menus to control permission because the Firefox dialog doesn't handle some situations properly.
Best cookie manager for FF Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas

I'M PISSED! FIREFOX AUTOMATICALLY ADDED COOKIE CONTROLLER Puntuado con 1 de 5 estrellas
I'm pissed! When Firefox updated to version 50, it added this addon without even asking me. When I first noticed it, I thought I had a virus. I quickly removed it. It is too cumbersome, and I am a programmer and computer expert.
The pulldown menus are way overdone.
Just noticed Firefox also just changed to update addons automatically. I don't want that. If I want to change something, I'll do it.
First class cookie manager Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas
Settled on this cookie add-on after trying many others as it does everything I could wish for with my cookies. Support is first class too.Esta valoración es de una versión anterior del complemento (5.6).

False Security Puntuado con 1 de 5 estrellas
What concerns me about this plugin is that it provides a FALSE sense of security.
Try this simple test,
1. visit Twitter.com
2. Login to Twitter
3. Use Cookie Controller to delete ALL cookies
4. Load Ccleaner
5. Click Options,
6. Click Cookies
7. Type twi in search box
There will be 6 twitter cookies remaining including that for the main twitter site.
It is not just twitter, hundreds of cookies remain, so is this plugin fit for purpose?
If Ccleaner can see them so can anything else.
Not good Puntuado con 1 de 5 estrellas
Ask about cookies - NOT work. Everything else is rubbish here. Cookie Моnster are much better than this.Esta valoración es de una versión anterior del complemento (5.5).
Ask about Cookies has been removed from Firefox and no longer shows in the Cookie Controller menus for versions which don't support it.
Saved me so much time Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas
I started blocking cookies by default some months ago,
and make manual selective rules for the sites i keep visiting to keep cookies forever or for session, and for some site sublevels that became confusing,
but with this thing i can do that so easy and fast on over 300 sites by opening the site and 2 clicks to set the cookie preference, i love it thank you very much you sir are a genius.
I can also selective delete cookies and dom storage for each site i am on.
It Works Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas
On Firefox 48.0.2 64bit. Easy to clear cookies for specific site with two clicks, and switch between Cookies allowed/denied for session.Esta valoración es de una versión anterior del complemento (5.5).
Great add-on but french "translation" is gibberish Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas
I find this add-on very useful to quickly set the cookie permissions for a site without going through the options tab.
The french "translation" however is gibberish. It was probably made by google translate. I had to manually try the different icons to find out what they meant.
I couldnt find a way of having the add-on in english while keeping my firefox in french.
Updated translations are always welcome at Babelzilla :) I can check that a translation bears some relation to the original, but I can't fully check some of the more complex expressions. We can discuss further in the support forum if you like.
Has been a good plugin Puntuado con 3 de 5 estrellas

For the most part it works great, but lately it's started refreshing the page whenever I toggle cookies on and off. It didn't used to do that, and that's actually been causing me a lot of trouble. I really hope future updates include a way to opt out of this.Esta valoración es de una versión anterior del complemento (5.4).
This is a requested feature and has been there for years. It is default "off", so the preference must have got turned on somehow. Check the options on the Firefox tools menu.
Ask cookie option gone? Puntuado con 2 de 5 estrellas
I installed this add-on because FF decided to do away with the Ask me every time option. On the sample pages for Cookie Controller there is an option listed that says Ask about cookies. Unfortunately there is no such option currently, thereby defeating the purpose of having the add-on. Is that because it linked to the old FF option or was it removed for another reason.
Will reconsider if the option is still available, somewhere.
The option is gone because the function is gone. In versions of Firefox that won't ask you about cookies, Cookie Controller will not let you set that configuration.

A great add-on, but now broken. Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas
I am using Firefox 45.1.0, and the "about:permissions" option has ceased to function. Any suggestions?Esta valoración es de una versión anterior del complemento (5.3).
Firefox has removed the about:permissions page, so it isn't possible to open it any more. I'll look into a way of removing the menu item intelligently so for example if someone replaces about:permissions with an addon it will still show.
Quite a nice addon Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas
Simple and easy to use. I would, however, like to offer a couple suggestions for new options:
(1) Automatically delete cookies for a site if you switch to "Cookies denied"
(2) Auto refresh the page if you change the setting for the site
Both of these options are included in "Cookie Monster", which is a similar addon. But since I like "Cookie Controller" better overall, I believe adding those two new features would make it almost perfect.
There is already an option to auto-reload one or all pages. I'll look into auto-expiring cookies to reflect permission changes, but that isn't as clearcut as it might appear.
Great but just one little problem observed Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas
The only significant problem that I have but cannot resolve is that Cookie Controller prevents uploading of Photos in Facebook. The only way I can find to 'al;low' it is to set to the 'cookies On' state. Even creating exceptions for Facebook does not resolve it.
It would be nice to be able to create a specific 'setting' for Facebook to allow uploading.
