I've been using this app for the past few years (from back when it was called webmail notifier or something) for gmail and hotmail. The only problems I've had were when the providers changed their systems, and even that was a temporary hiccup easily fixed by logging in one time through their webpage, or adjusting a security setting to a slightly-less paranoid level.
It does it's job, doesn't consume too many resources, and stays out of the way until you need it. It's updated pretty regularly so it continues to get along with the providers systems.
Finally, no more googling to find out what each setting does. Very handy when you want to get under the hood.
Now power users can have quick access to any menu and option without giving up screen real estate to the menu barThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (5.1.0). This user has a previous review of this add-on.
Unlike most other downloading apps I've tried, this one has worked for me every time since I first tried it a few years ago.
Even better, the download button blends in so well, I keep forgetting it's not a built-in feature of youtube. It's also easy to find, right next to other buttons that ARE built-in to youtube.
Finally, you can add the menu options YOU use to the main firefox menu. No more pulling up the whole menu bar for those one or two commands you're always using, but aren't readily accessible from the main firefox menu. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (5.0.7).
A necessity back in the days of Firefox 2.0, still incredibly useful today. Just wish the dev would finally implement bookmark support
I love being able to access extension options without having to launch the whole addons page. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.1).
Nice graphics, but putting an adver in my status bar is unacceptable.
As soon as I installed this theme, the text "twobeers.net" appeared in my status bar / addon bar until I disabled it again. If you like an uncluttered status bar, don't install any themes from this artist.
