Great add-on. I finally replaced SmartVideo For YouTube, which hasn't been updated in forever. Though I do wish that this had a bandwidth saver option too :/This review is for a previous version of the add-on (40.0).
Incompatiblity update Rated 3 out of 5 stars
After seeing FLskydiver's review I also noticed that it was actually keeping the control embedded videos option that was the cause. Google maps loads fine when only control youtube videos option is on.This user has 2 previous reviews of this add-on.
Incompatiblity Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Whenever I have this enabled Google Maps doesn't load at all. I used safe mode and one by one check all of my extensions and this is definitely the cause of the issue. The Chrome version of this loads just fine with the new G. Maps though. Please fix the issue soon. This user has other reviews of this add-on.
@spiron13 Actually it only partially works Rated 2 out of 5 stars
I have Chrome and the SmartVideo for it works perfectly. My FF version however...only works part of the time but only when I have a few YouTube videos open. If I load a previously saved session with like say 10 YouTube videos of the tab I'm on will work. the rest of the videos don't work (by this i mean the following all occurs at once: starts running instead of buffering, ignores the saved bandwidth option, and the pop-up box does not appear). If I open up new YouTube videos theirs like a 40/60 chance it will work. I usually have to clear my history (cache, cookies, website settings etc) before it works normally again and even this is only temporary. Like others have stated with started, for me at least, with FF 20.0.1 and 21.0. PS a fresh Firefox with 0 user settings still gets the same issues. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.976.1-signed.1-signed).
Once again, still not working Rated 1 out of 5 stars
I disabled all my add-ons but flash block and still nothing (PS i go on youtube everyday). I'm using 1.5.17 and not compatible for me since 20.0 (i have 20.0.1 currently) works fine in all previous versions. I don't use beta, or Aurora, or Nightly just regular FF.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (220.127.116.11-signed). This user has 4 previous reviews of this add-on.

Does not work for me Rated 2 out of 5 stars
I'm on firefox 20 and it stopped working for me the second i upgraded my ff. flash content continues loads but I have have not changed the settings at all and my other add-ons aren't causing the issue. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (22.214.171.124.1-signed). This add-on does not work at all and has not worked since version 13 of Firefox. There is no indication that it works and flash is clearly running in the background. IDK how those other people got it to work, if it does, perhaps my other add-ons (add-block plus and ghostery) are the cause but either way this does not work. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (126.96.36.199.1-signed). Confused Rated 2 out of 5 stars
In the past when I used Flashblock their insignia (or a play button for videos/certain flash content) would show up when flash is blocked (No script has also has one). I do not see that or any indication (proof) that flash was blocked, at all, on any site like it used to (No Script has their insignia when they block stuff). Can someone please explain to me why everyone keeps asserting that this still works? Maybe I’m doing something wrong or the version of Firefox I’m using isn’t correct. I do not care about block YouTube I already have something that stops YouTube videos from using my bandwidth I am not playing them. I tried No Script and it is just too much or should I say it’s cumbersome/aggravating to no end. I just want to block flash not half my extensions or all the scripts needed for a website to load. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (188.8.131.52.1-signed).
