This version, 9.0, works with the new YouTube layout, except that there is no visible switch and when adding videos to any of your lists, the list names are invisible. Actually, they are whited out and if you hover your mouse over the list, you can see the names. So the only way to turn it off is to go into Addons and disable it.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.9.1-signed.1-signed). This user has a previous review of this add-on.
Youtube keeps changing--stay with this addon Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This has been a great addon. We all know that Youtube has its annoying quirks, one of them being autoplay. If you are like me and like to open several tabs with different YT videos, this addon has been a great thing to have as it prevents YT from autoplay. Unfortunately, YT is at it again, changing its site. The developer says that he is aware of the problem and is working on an update to address this change. Be patient and wait for it. There is nothing else out there that does what this does. For me, it is indispensable. This user has a previous review of this add-on.
Superb! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
There is so much posted on YouTube that is immature, ignorant, and unintelligent. This weeds them out. It blocks comments and gives the reason why. You have the option of showing the individual comment if you like.
A previous reviewer, Firefox Foreva on March 11, said you can't turn off all comments with this addon, but that is not true as it is one of the options you can set.

I loved it when YouTube for what was it, Earth Day? had the light switch enabling you to watch the videos in cinema mode. It makes the video easier to see. This does the trick. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.9.1-signed.1-signed).

Not quite sure what otherwise is an excellent review by Mozzyy about this loading the buffer. It has an option where you can turn that off.
But this is excellent. I know that many of us surfers open up several YouTube links in new tabs and do not want them to start playing. This does the trick.
