How is this supposed to work? Is it not supposed to force html5? Because it doesn't do that. It just says "Your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats..." or "an error occurred, please try again later".
This might be useful to some people but it's pretty much useless to me. All I want to do is have it so that when I click on the star ONCE it automatically saves a bookmark to the bookmarks menu. I don't understand the mental midget at mozilla that thought, hey, let's not give users a choice about this. I don't want another folder, I just want all my bookmarks in the bookmarks menu in order of when I bookmark them. Is that too much to ask? This review is for a previous version of the add-on (29.0.20140506).
This is great, I just found a bug with it though. I tested every extension that I have, I thought it was firefox itself at first, but I can now confirm it does this ONLY when I have f.b. purity enabled. When I close some tabs really fast one after the other, sometimes it'll bug out firefox and cause one or two tabs to stay behind permanently even though I pressed, cmd-w... this is on osx snow leopard by the way, not sure if the same thing happens in windows. But it's weird. Also, I'm curious as to why mozilla wants you to re-write a chuck of code to upload the latest version? What's wrong with that code? Thanks. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (8.2.2).
Great, but are you going to release an update? It's been a year and a half.
The Mozilla team are a pack of slow, lazy idiots. It's shit like this why Chrome is taking over. This tweak is great. Thanks. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.6).
This addon works like it was made by Jesus himself, with his bare hands. He just waved them in the air and fixed the fucken search bar. You're the man, quicksiler. Fuck yeah. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2.0). This user has a previous review of this add-on.
Is this going to be updated? especially to work with tabmix plus? Thanks. I really want to use this but doesn't work with tmp. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.1).
Youtube comments are a disease. You are the cure. Thanks.
This add-on developer seems to have no idea that Macs exist. There seems to be an extra 2 entries in the menu and various other menu related bugs in osx (10.6.8). Windows is crap. Get a real computer. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.9.14).
An option to display the location of a bookmark should be a feature of firefox by default. The only thing I don't like is that show parent folder and go parent folder are 2 seperate add-ons. Really think about it. Is it pointless. Just make it 1 add-on but have a checkbox or something in the preferences to enable show/go parent folder. Some people have many many add-ons and it just creates more clutter. The 2 features are way too small to be 2 separate add-ons anyways. Thanks. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0). This user has a previous review of this add-on.
No update until January 2013?? Are you kidding me? You expect the millions of tmp users to search the forums for a version that works with fx17??? you're out of your mind. At the very minimum you have to keep up with new fx versions. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.0.3).
Using 16, MAC snow leopard and it works great. I've never understood why quick search was different from the regular search bar, there's no point in doing that. They might as well be the same thing. But this add-on makes gives you ever more functionality. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.5.5).
Good add-on but what's the point in having Show and Go parent folder as 2 separate add-ons?? Just make 1 add-on with both features. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.8).
Looks like this project is dead. It hasn't been updated in a while.
It doesn't work properly with Firefox 11. 20% of the time or so youtube videos don't get blocked, especially when I want to open a number of videos in a row in new tabs for later viewing, all of a sudden one or more start playing. Really annoying.
Also, flash crashes often.
Why do videos even play automatically in the first place? There should be an option in flash somewhere to disable automatic playing of videos. F you adobe.
