Time to get it up to date with FF Quantum. Has been a great Add on up to now.

Get this ad-on up to date. Badly missing the function. Expect more of Mozilla programs.

Have used this add on for ages and find it the most helpful add on I have for Firefox. Unfortunately the latest FF55 destroyed it for my new tabs. It works fine for my Home page so now for each new tab I have to then click on the Home button to see my selections. Works for me but a bit cumbersome. Found no solutions that worked to rectify this in Google. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (8.0.0). This user has 2 previous reviews of this add-on.

Can't make it work with latest Firefox upgrade. Urgently need a way to put it into "New Tab Settings. Can only use it if it is set as the home page and I go home on every new tab.
EDIT - Found the answer elsewhere as follows-
Yes, you can use Superstart extension

In order to use Superstart extension, you can go to about:config, look for extensions.superstart.enable.searchengine.select and change the value to true. This way, you can make work your "about:superstart" custom url despite the http://. It works for me. I guess this applies to other extensions.

Works very well. Much better than Firefox's "New Tab" feature. Much more user friendly. Only problem is with the Superstart option in the URL field being removed by Firefox's updates. Have to re-input the option each time Firfox does an update. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0). This user has other reviews of this add-on.
Superstart Savior Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Brilliant. Firefox and their change of New Tabs function had me tearing my hair out. this addon has allowed me to restore my Super Start new tab function. New Tab Override is so simple to use and the options tab is clear and very user friendly. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0).

Great ad on. Separates tabs in a manner that simplifies selection and is very user friendly. Only negative is the number of tabs launched advising of updates. Should just do them. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (27.9). This user has 2 previous reviews of this add-on.

I like this add on. Seems to be well supported and most complaints in reviews are attended to. My comments are -
1. the add-on's delete function doesn't work from my wireless keyboard and I have to mouse click each time.
2. I would also like to see the highlight in the left pane step to the next record when the deletion completes. and
3. A method for making the scan ignore certain duplicates so that a bookmark can be in more than one tab.
It's a good program.

It is/not compatible Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Great add-on but a funny thing. I run the identical FF (9.0.1) on my PC and my Lap top. Is great on the laptop but shows as not compatible on the PC. OddThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (2008.12.15).

Nice concept. Works for me. Would like a keyboard shortcut though. Maybe Alt/r for rotate.
