ditto recent reviews. Long time EXCELLENT, works in FF35 (and now FF36 too!) Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I have used this add-on with great success for a long time. 5 stars.
Updated 2015-0121: Latest update today fixed the bug with FF36! Thanks.
Have always been very pleased with DTA. That's probably why some of us happy users take immediate notice... if/when it doesn't work ;-) Works for me in FF 35 (release), and in FF 36 (beta?), that is for builds as of about January 21, 2015.
Thanks for the great add-on, and I encourage your good work
excellent, wish it worked for Android FF Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I especially like checking the option to have all the links converted by default, versus utilizing the "private" links.
very useful, but chokes 34 Beta Rated 5 out of 5 stars
update, sorry, I continued testing and it appears the Track-Me-Not extensions is the culprit. Right now your extension is causing me no problems, just added the useful capability it's intended for . Thanks!
After lengthy process of elimination, enabling and disabling many plug-ins one at a time, it appears this plug-in is the source of problems I've been having for while. Firefox doesn't close normally and uses excess memory. Many actions get very slow when it running. As soon as I disable it, everything is fine. Closes normally, restarts normally. Maybe it doesn't play nice with one of my other plug-ins, don't know. I do know this is the only one that I've been able to identify that causes the problem all by itself.
I have used this for a long time and find it very useful. I hope it doesn't take too much effort to troubleshoot.
What I've been looking for Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Star rating will likely go up as this matures, but it is already greatly appreciated.
Not all displays are created equal. Grey is a new scourge, web developers all on the a bus to Abilene.
All grey does is DECREASE readabilty on my notebook! I can force everything black, but that brute force approach is poor.
The Tranquility extension can help is reading content is the highest priority. I prefer most times to view pages normally tho, just with old fashioned black on white. Even THIS mozilla.org page is using grey! Aargh. Nice to have thresholds, looking for greys, lightening or darkening depending on context. Thanks
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
It's great, like many others have stated.
After zoom control, the second most used feature for me is FONT COLOR OVERRIDE. It drives me nuts that so many sites now think EVERYONE wants grey font colors. BS. Are we all on a bus to Abilene? Black on white is almost always more readable on my display than grey on white. It's so bad, I find myself OFTEN overriding site font colors.
So, that said, a wishlist item, the ability to change dark-medium grey fonts to black, while leaving colored and white fonts unchanged. I can wish anyway ;-)
Thanks for the great add-on.
working for me with Firefox 5 Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Installed and works for me in FF5. Great to have this functionality again. Yes, it should be built in functionality with the core browser.
has been good for a while now Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I've been using this extension for long time and am very happy with it. Don't understand why it doesn't turn up higher on the list when searching for cookie related extensions. It is rated well and is popular. The User Interface (for me) feels a bit awkward, o/w I'd give it a 5This review is for a previous version of the add-on (188.8.131.52-signed).
v 0.6.4.2. Simple, Reliable Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Simple. Does just what I need. Isn't that what plug-ins should do, add one little bit of functionality, and do it well?
Reliable... until recently. Maybe gmail changes a few days caused it. Wasn't able to login. Found a version 0.6.4.2 on developers web site described as a fix. It is/it did for me. Working fine again.
Maybe that's what other posters were saying, but I didn't clearly understand they meant a new version was out. It will be good when it gets rolled out to the mozilla site.
