Problems with Yahoo Mail Rated 3 out of 5 stars

On the one hand, it does remove the ads. But, OTOH, it extends the right side of Yahoo Mail beyond the right edge of the browser on my 1366x768 laptop screen. So, I miss several words at the end of each line, as well as having no scroll bars. (It works OK with my 1680x1050 desktop screen)

That's kind of a major bug. And, it's been that way thru a few versions now.

Works great, but asking for a donation for a product that deprives others of revenue is amazingly lame. I'll enjoy the fruits of your labors for free, I think.

Have a great day!

Great Stuff Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This gives much needed and usable space to Hotmail. Had the account for 11 years and never had it look this good. Thank you !!!

My first review was unfair. I shouldn't just rate it based on my own needs and usage. It's true, I use Greasemonkey with a userscript. But WebMail Ad Blocker works. And it works very good, does the job as advertised. The advantage about this is of course that users just install an add-on without fiddling around. It's simpler for the average user, thus very convenient. Good job. I'll recommend it to a friend who is less computer savvy :-)

Works very well on FF 3.6 and Chrome 4.

Some comments:
--On Yahoo mail, this addon also blocks the search filters. Yahoo mail displays search filters on right side where the Ads are, these filters are also blocked.
--On FF, this addon completely removes the links from right side bar. On Chrome, it moves the 'expand all' and such useful features to top. Please fix this issue in FF.
--Please support FF 3.7 so that people like me can test it and report bugs for development support.
--Opera support would be wonderful since it's usage is widely increasing due to 10.50

A marvellous extension. Works for Chrome, only wish it worked in Opera too.

navigation toolbar issues /Firefox 3.6 Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Web-mail Ad blocker version 3 prevents you to customize the navigation toolbar and prevents other add-on extension from displaying buttons in 3.6.
With the above version 3 extension installed , Simple Mail, i-Macros and Privacy-choice tracker watcher will not show icons on the navigation toolbar. Trying to "customize" the toolbar will show no icons other then the defaults. When you disable the extension and restart Firefox, the button icons then will show up. John@antihotmail.com

2.7.1. This addon has a great options interface. It hides /some/ advertisements in New yahoo mail and in Hotmail. Two important notices:

1) When user displays the contents of a CUSTOM folder (not 'sent' or 'inbox', but something like "from my boss" or "my sister", these CUSTOM folders) in New yahoo mail, the ad isn't seen, but the empty space REMAINS...

2) This addon doesn't block ads in Yahoo-mail-classic at all.

3) This addon doesn't block those Hotmail ads which are at the bottom of the folder list.

more power yay Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Please consider officially supporting Iron, a chromium fork, along side your chrome extension :)

Also annihilating yahoo webmail stationery would be a huge bonus.

Version 2.7 Buggy Rated 4 out of 5 stars

As others have said the latest version 2.7 is buggy. When you select the "Highlight Weekends" option in Google Calendar you are met with the "Google Calendar is unavailable" error. Deselect the option and you're back in business. Apart from this it's great I love it!

I'm afraid that the new version of your excellent extension didn't so much enhance my Google calendar as break it! I'm using Firefox 3.0.16, hopefully those people using 3.5 will be fine.
