Why was TableTools2 - Copy/Sort/Chart/Filter Table&More! created?
Here's the long history of the brand new TableTools2:
6 or 7 years ago, when Firefox was at version 0.7 or earlier, I had the idea of converting an HTML table sorter I made that was the most powerful on the web that I could find into a Firefox extension, because I like Firefox a lot. 5 years ago due to increasingly busy schedule, I stopped actively developing new features for TableTools but still kept putting out maintenance releases that fixed bugs and worked on newer Firefox so that the tens of thousands of active TableTools users could still have it for them.
What's next for TableTools2 - Copy/Sort/Chart/Filter Table&More!
I put in most of the features I wanted to put in, but still have some leftovers due to my resolve to release it before FF4 final. Those leftovers might make their way into TT2 updates gradually, and I envision new releases containing new localizations (I put in English and Chinese for now and Babelzilla volunteers will put in more) and bug fixes releases.

Who is Mingyi Liu?
It's more interesting to check out my addons, or listen to the beautiful music my older son Charlie Liu produces - at least 10 million viewers have watched him perform piano on TV. Less than 1/20 of that number of people have downloaded my software, not that I'm complaining or anything!

Still, I'm hoping to change that with my latest Fastest Search Addon though. It'll be tremendously useful for most Firefox users. Check it out, you'll love it.
