Urlbar verified status background for Firefox 16 (and above)

Another complete rewrite.
Otherwise it is impossible to keep up with all the new features in Firefox.
Only Toolbar buttons get adapted, anything else comes from default theme.

Update to Firefox version 3.6 beta 4:
New icon for toolbar (fullscreen).
Obsolete contents.rdf replaced by chrome.manifest.
Little Bugfix: "tabbrowser .tabs-newtab-button", the Button in Tabbar for opening a new tab gets styled now. Thanks to blastbeat4life for his bug report.
FF now has an extra error page for SSL-errors, it gets styled by orbit orange now.
This theme update for Firefox 3.5 was a good opportunity to adapt backgrounds for secure and verified HTTPS sites to fit the firefox security color concept (blue/yellow for secure, green/yellow for verified).
Bugfix: proper green background in urlbar not only for verifiedIdentity but also for verifiedDomain.
Active tabs are better recognizable now.
Changed text highlight color for toolbar to middle-blue instead of system color "Highlight" because it was invisible on lighter KDE themes.
Minor fixes only. A little icon-polish here and there. Use of more comprehensive menu icon for "encoding". Had to set background of autoscroller to white instead of transparent - it looked ugly.
"Zoom normal" uses the right icon now.
