Broken in latest Firefox Rated 2 out of 5 stars
This (was) a great toolbar until the developer apparently stopped supporting it. It works in FF16, not in at least 21+. Not sure in exactly which version it broke. The author has been unresponsive to emails. Also for users unaware, there's now an Android widget that will give you customized notifications for price changes as well as the current hourly and five-minute rates.

Add-in was a great tool that I have used for a couple of years. However, it had stopped working on two computers I use regularly.
Red/yellow/green indicator shows high, low, negative rates! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
ComEd RRTP Toolbar updates itself with the real-time rate every 5 minutes. The Red/Yellow/Green background on the price is really eye-catching. It's useful to know when the rate is high, low, or *negative* so that I know when to run heavy appliances and A/C.
Thank you for keeping the toolbar updated for newer versions of Firefox!
Graphs are Not Working Rated 2 out of 5 stars
Graphs do not work.
When will the Capacity Charge go way so the program becomes worth doing, otherwise don't sign up
Graphs do work
Remember that the real-time graph starts drawing from the time you call it up, so you will start to see it draw after 20 seconds - give it some time before you give up on it.
The Day Ahead graph works but I have seen an occasional error due to server load. Just try again later.
This toolbar is not associated with ComEd. I do not have any control over the rate, so I can't do anything about your Capacity Charge.
Thanks for giving the toolbar a try.

Thanks for a great add on toolbar display of Com Ed's Real Time Price for Residential Real Time Price subscribers. CharlesThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2).
Valuable Adjunct to RRTP program Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This toolbar provides a color-coded, easily seen visual marker that guides my energy usage as a customer of ComEd's Real-Time Pricing Program. There is no longer any need to log in to the WattSpot website to view current electrical prices when making energy use decisions. When the marker is green, run the air conditioning, dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc. Yellow - cut back on the power hogs. Red - turn off all optional appliances. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2).

This is an incredibly useful addition for those of us on ComEd's real-time pricing model as it allows constant visual confirmation of the price rates we are receiving, and allows consumers to modify behavior as a result. Now I can tell at a glance whether or not to run major appliance loads. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2).
