blocked session? Rated 1 out of 5 stars
great idea, just what i googled to find..... only problem is the first site i blocked once it was running (one of those tabloid type stories, where the page randomly scrolls the screen so you can see the adds), facebook would not load in it's place and pandora just stopped, and it wouldn't let the music buffer/load.... just keeps flashing "the page you are trying to load or one of it's components is blocked".... over and over, like a strobe with anything i tried to do... restarted everything, and still no good.... so i disabled it and everything instantly started working again... sorry i wasted my time.

BlockSite Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Unreliable and inconsistent in blocking. First few times it blocked unwanted sites, then it blocked all sites, including Mozilla.
Not Reliable Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Worked OK to start with but then started blocking sites for no reason. Had to delete it.
Marketing Data collection tool Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Not an App, this is a data aggregation tool.

great addon Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I like it, very simple and easy to use.
I just wish the notification that site has been blocked were front and center, instead of appearing in the right bottom corner. Or, better yet, replace the notification with a custom web page.

Great for blocking ad sites that get through AdBlock Plus!
Very easy to add sites to the blacklist, would definitely recommend.
My only complaint is that (as far as I can tell) you can't disable the small popup saying that a site is blocked.
Really helpful Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Works really well and the wildcard syntax is exactly what I needed. Thanks!

Seems to work ok Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Works good for me. Also, it gives a small notice at the bottom of the task bar which fades away after a couple of seconds when you click on a blacklisted link. I don't know if it has any spy or malware.
Doesn't work after restart Rated 1 out of 5 stars
I installed it and thought, this is great. But first time I had to restart it stopped working.

Stops working after closing the window Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Blocking stops working the moment you close the window (CMD+W ) on Mac. If you quit and restart Firefox, it starts working again, but only if you don't close the window which makes this add-on useless.
Ack, autoupdates v0.7.1.1 to this spyware Rated 1 out of 5 stars
I went through the hassle of getting the older v0.7.1.1 to run (maxVersion fix) -- it runs fine for me; no issues. Until today, when Firefox auto-updated 7.1.1 to the WIPs spyware version. Man I wish FF supported disabling updates on single addons... Have to turn them all off for autoupdating, to keep this one out...

So my malware scanner says this plugin is mallware. I am not surprised; what else would you expect from a free plugin?
