My Reviews

Feedly - Beyond Google Reader

Feedly is great but this addons is useless Rated 1 out of 5 stars

It's just a link to the web app.

8D Emoji!!!

Works but not the best experience Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Since the addon description is not very useful, let me describe how it works:
The addon simply adds a button to the addon toolbar. The button opens up a plain dialog (as shown in the screenshot) with a row for emoji categories and a grid below of emoji. Clicking on an emoji copies it into your clipboard. That's it.

I was hoping for an inline solution that would allow me to search emojis by description and insert them directly into an input field.

ZZ Gif Player

Works but could be better Rated 3 out of 5 stars

The addon definitely needs a better interface. Keyboard shortcuts are nice but a proper UI would be good. For large GIFs, it's difficult to tell when the GIF is finished loading and where you are in the GIF while scrubbing. It also stops the GIF from repeating. Ideally you could use this plugin in-inline, without having to open the GIF in a tab of its own.

Send Tab to Device

Works but not instant Rated 4 out of 5 stars

It seems the sync service no longer supports instant sync, so you have to manually trigger a sync on the target device.

Vimperator, Firebug, Web Developer and Greasemonkey are the reasons I'm not switching to Google Chrome.
You'll have a hard time separating me from my keyboard without a crowbar!

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I heard the features Ctrl-Tab provides might be built-in to a future release of Firefox. As well they should, Ctrl-Tab is an essential addon in my book

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Enormously useful extension.
I've got so many urls bookmarked under folders named "12thSep2008", etc. , because I always have pages I want to read later and simultaneously keep out of my way.
Taboo saves your tabs elegantly, they've thought of everything.
The calendar view is especially useful.
