Capture & Print

Doesn't work with Flash content Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Tried to use this to capture a window containing the electronic version of the daily Metro newspaper, which is displayed using Adobe Flash and PageSuite. Didn't want to play!

WorldIP - Geo Add-on with Security Features

Facebook? Rated 5 out of 5 stars

A great addon, a must-have every time I install Firefox. However, I am confused by why Facebook (IP: 31.13.72.20) shows a question mark for a flag and says that it's a "New or Internal Network", with a Country Code of XX !!!

ReloadEvery

Always enable certain URLs Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Would be nice if ReloadEvery could be set to always be enabled for tabs containing certain domains.

URL Link

For TB7? Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Is there going to be an official version available for TB7? I can frig the install.rdf file to force it to install but it would be nice to have an officially supported version.

...

Yes, that worked, which is interesting as the install.rdf file says 5.* not 7.* for MaxVersion for Thunderbird!

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.04.1).

Thunderbird Conversations

Header only download not supported Rated 2 out of 5 stars

I liked the look of this addon and installed it. Initially it did what I expected and hoped but then I hit a problem. For security, I set all messages to initially download only the headers. If I want to go on a read the rest of a message I then click: "Download the rest of the message". However, although the status line states the message has been downloaded, it doesn't display in the tab. I have to close the tab and then reselect the message in order to get the message text displayed.

I reported this as a bug to the author and he replied that he does not and has no plans to support message header only downloads. Consequently this addon has little value for me and I have removed it. Pity!

Buttons!

Addressee and Subject greyed out Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Lee, you know, I noticed that yesterday but I didn't associate it with Buttons!. I closed TB, reopened it and then carried on editing from Drafts and everything was fine! I'm using TB5, WindowsXP SP3.

Buttons! for Thunderbird 5.0 Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Updating the MaxVersion of the install.rdf file in the xpi package to 5.0 seems to work. I have just reinstalled with this mod and no problems so far.

Buttons!

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Seems like most developers are way behind with updating their add-ons for Thunderbird 5, and Buttons! is no exception. However, as the extension package format is identical to Firefox, thought I'd give updating the install.rdf file of the xpi package MaxVersion parameter to 5.0 and try installing to see what happened. Seems to work OK!

Auto Context

Not to use Add-on Bar Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Mikes, if you are planning to do anything more with this superb add-on, could you also change it so that it does not require the Add-on Bar? I have used Customise to add the AutoContext icon to the Tab Bar but it still also appears in the Add-on Bar. I'd like to be able to remove it so that I can get rid of the Add-on Bar entirely.

Not use Add-on Bar? Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Great to see that this has now been officially upgraded to support Firefox 5. Any chance we could have an option to NOT use the Add-on Bar? I've "Customised" the toolbar to add the TinyURL icon to the Tab Bar. I'd like to be able to remove the icon from the Add-on Bar, like NoScript has done.

Pretty much a must-have install for the past many FF releases. However, FF5 is now here; any idea when RE will support it?

Like you all, really want this addon for FF4. Mikes appears to have a Facebook profile so might be worth messaging him there as well.
