Right-click on links to open them in new tabs. Firefox does this by default with middle-clicks, but many laptop mice (touchpads) don't have middle buttons.
To temporarily cancel InstaClick and re-enable context-menus, hold down CTRL, ALT, or COMMAND (Mac only) while right-clicking on a link.
Right-clicking on anything other than a link doesn't invoke InstaClick.
About this Add-on
InstaClick solves this problem. It removes context-menus for hyperlinks. When right-clicking on a link, the link immediately opens in a new tab. Right-clicking anywhere else in Firefox (i.e., not a link) has the usual effect of displaying a context-menu. To temporarily cancel InstaClick's behavior, hold the SHIFT, ALT, CTRL, or COMMAND key while right-clicking on a link. The context-menu appears as normal.
