Can't trust Adblock Plus, please bring back Adblock Edge! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Someone is actively deleting all Adblock Plus 1 and 2 star reviews, so that means I can't trust Adblock Plus or recommend it to anyone.
Please bring this trustworthy extension back!

Дополнение супер! Но совсем непонятно, работает ли оно на моем компьютере или нет - реклама по прежнему всплывает в новых окнах и табах, как будто и не ставил его.

Adblock Edge was Great, but discontinued? Rated 5 out of 5 stars
With other Adblocker programs giving in to Ads such as Adblock Plus, this was the only addon I could find for Firefox that would not give in to the acceptable ads garbage. I am actually quite saddened to see that it has been discontinued. Ublock is a piece of garbage, can't figure out why people are recommending it here. Ads still show up everywhere. Looks like I will be using Adblock Plus and monitoring it to ensure that acceptable ads stay off. If this feature ever goes away, I will be considering returning to Google Chrome to use Betafish AdBlock.
Please fix and sign for Firefox44. Rated 3 out of 5 stars
ABE do not work on FF41.
This bug is same as ABP.
uBlock is awkward to use.

please come back!
still works Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Very odd how sockpuppets seem to abound whenever uBlock is somehow involved. Here as well as on GitHub.

Thanks for that
Sad. Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Ublock is awful the download comes with about 3000 shopping ad options. Chrome might be calling my name.

Gone for good!Thank you for all you have helped.
Now the only one doing a similar good job is uBlock Origin
Sad it's been discontinued Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I have to add to the list of comments who miss this great add-on. The suggested replacement uBlock might offer superior speed, but it's not nearly as customizable. ABE is (was) a lot better, it's sad it's gone :(
Thank you for everything Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Goodbye Adblock Edge and Goodbye Firefox

The best developer ever Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Thanks so much for developing such an awesome tool, and congrats for being a good man disconinuating your addon because another addon does a better job. The world needs more people like you. Thank you

Das war's, endgültig! Adblock wird bei meinen Devices/Clients gelöscht! Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Still works on ESR Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Uh not sure where the sockpuppet reviews are coming from (or why?) but I am still using ABE on Firefox ESR. uBlock is sketchy as all get out and while uBlock Origin is not, the extension itself is junk. I will freely admit I don't get the whole memory/CPU use thing that everyone seems to think is a problem (Windows?) but when I installed UBO on my tablet it immediately started leaking memory. That plus the generally spastic approach to development where features are apparently cribbed from the Reddit front page (e.g. WebRTC IP blocking), and bugs are generally not fixed, turned me off of uBlock and friends for a good long while. ABE works on ESR, so ain't broke, etc.
uBlock may have better CPU/memory usage (I assume they wouldn't lie about this, but I sure didn't see it), the poor quality of the end product -- the insanity of the defaults, for one -- means that it isn't apparent and even if it is it's not worth it.
I don't know what I'll do next year when ESR bumps up to 45. Cross that bridge when I come to it I guess.
