Argh! As if the snake oil performance tweaking of Fasterfox wasn't bad enough, this is just the same thing but with user tracking added for monitization.

Urgh. AdBlock Plus with some tracking garbage added to it. If you want ABP without the whitelisting, just get ABP and turn off the whitelisting.

I don't upgrade often, but I did because I heard of the new "allow unobtrusive advertisements" feature. I block ads mainly because so many of them are distracting, insulting, or otherwise offensive, and I've always hated the idea of blocking unobtrusive text ads, especially since they're what keep so many good sites alive. I'm excited about the possibility that this feature will push more sites and ad networks to publish the kind of unobtrusive ads that I don't mind seeing in my browser.

This tool should be banned from AMO, or at least give developers a means to opt out. We already know when our versions don't work with given versions of Firefox. That's why we mark them as incompatible. And dozens or hundreds of reports confirming this (along with the resulting unhappy users who now seem to expect to be able to run add-ons on incompatible apps) are not useful.
Reporting that an add-on is compatible where it's marked otherwise might be reasonable, but the current behavior simply must go.

I can't speak for the end product, but the code is appallingly complex for the described feature set. It's not suitable for my own purposes, and I don't think I would trust it for daily use.

Nice, but it screws up tab order on session restore. I would also like it to prevent links from opening in new tabs (argh!).
